MosaiX Launch: Advancing Global Agricultural Sustainability

MosaiX proudly marks a significant milestone in our journey towards advancing sustainable practices across agricultural supply chains. Our roots trace back to the Asia-Pacific region, one of the most vital hubs for agricultural sourcing globally. With over two decades of experience in this field, we are now expanding our reach to deliver a deeper impact across global markets, particularly in the European Union.

From our beginnings with the Earthqualizer Foundation, followed by the establishment of Inovasi Digital, the launch of MosaiX represents a strategic evolution, enabling us to broaden our presence and serve a wider range of industry actors through comprehensive, technology-enabled solutions.

Headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, MosaiX is positioned at the forefront of delivering data-driven, actionable strategies to address complex sustainability challenges in agricultural supply chains. Our work spans NDPE implementation, EUDR compliance through the Agriplot platform, and support for a broader range of commodities beyond palm oil  such as soy, coffee, and cocoa. MosaiX aspires to be a trusted partner for companies operating in the European market that prioritize sustainability, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

On 20 May 2025, in conjunction with the Sustainable Palm Oil Dialogue 2025 in Paris, France, MosaiX was officially introduced to the public. The launch event brought together stakeholders across the industry, from business leaders and long-term partners to institutions and sustainability practitioners. It served as a platform to present MosaiX’s mission, value proposition, and technology offerings.

During the event, Eric, one of our founding members, shared his personal journey, reflecting on his early work in sustainability during the 1990s. Growing concerns over deforestation, land degradation, and social injustice within agricultural supply chains drove his commitment. At the time, despite the presence of strong evidence documenting unsustainable practices, systemic change remained elusive. Through rigorous field research and critical data reporting, Eric played a key role in pushing for industry accountability, contributing to the early implementation of NDPE policies.

Ihwan, Founder and Director of MosaiX, also elaborated on the company’s evolution and the tangible impact achieved over the years. From supporting NDPE policy implementation since 2014 to developing Agriplot—a geospatial platform designed to help companies meet the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)—MosaiX continues to deliver solutions that bridge policy, data, and action on the ground.

As part of the launch, the Agriplot platform and essential soy and coffee commodities datasets were introduced through a live walkthrough and demonstration. Participants had the opportunity to explore its key functionalities, competitive advantages, and real-world applications in ensuring traceability and compliance across complex supply chains.

Our long-standing partners were also present at this special event, offering thoughtful reflections on our journey together, from early collaborations with pioneering companies in Southeast Asia to the diverse programs we have jointly implemented. They spoke to the growing noise in the market, where many new entrants claim expertise in NDPE and EUDR implementation. In contrast, they highlighted our work as uniquely credible—grounded in deep technical knowledge and distinguished by our true, lived understanding of local landscapes. This combination, they noted, is what truly sets us apart. In an increasingly crowded space, we remain a trusted and enduring partner, one of the few delivering real, measurable impact for the EU market.

MosaiX’s journey has only just begun. We remain optimistic about the path ahead and confident that MosaiX will continue to deliver meaningful value and measurable impact to industry stakeholders committed to sustainability.
